We offer Active Rehabilitation programs which include 

1-on-1 sessions with a Physiotherapist.

The goal of Active Rehabilitation is to help you 

return to normal function with pain-free movement.

· Increase flexibility, mobility, and muscular tone

· Address muscular imbalances

Active Rehabilitation is recommended for those who have gone

 through a course of acute care but require a more 

active approach to  their recovery.

 This program will provide you with the knowledge  you need to continue exercises independently and get back to active living.


Sports Physiotherapy

Our team of physiotherapists has unparalleled experience working  with athletes of all levels, and many have been trained in the  highest standard of care through Sport Physiotherapy. 

We also provide pre-season conditioning, training camps,

acute injury care, and complete rehabilitation to 

both individuals and teams.


Orthopedic Physiotherapy

Pre/Post Surgical Rehab
